General Conditions:

1. You must sign release form in person before each skate. You must sign your own name, and pay for yourself. Sign-in is held in Pro Shop located at the top of section K in the main concourse.
2. Full equipment is required for Open Hockey. We consider full equipment to be a helmet, gloves, pants, and shin guards. Chest and elbow protection is optional but highly recommended.
3. You must pay prior to getting onto the ice.
4. Sign-up beings 45 minutes prior to the start of the session.
5. Your hand must be stamped to play.

Release Form:

 I agree that:

1. Munn Ice Arena will in no way be held responsible for any injury that may occur while playing hockey.
2. If I fight, check, or do not wear my helmet, I may be ejected.
3. Munn Ice Arena employees retain the right to remove any person who is hazardous to the other players.
4. I will not enter the ice surface until the ice resurfacer is off the ice and the rink doors are completely closed.
